PROGRAM STRUCTURE

A continuous view of the system - not disconnected visits.

Each visit builds on the previous service record. The technician reviews condition, operating readings, developing risks and completed recommendations so changes can be seen across the year.

What each planned visit may include

  • General condition and operation of HVAC equipment
  • Filter, evaporator, fan and airflow checks
  • Condenser condition and seawater-flow assessment
  • Pump, strainer, valve and visible pipework checks
  • Electrical terminals, protection, sensors and controller review
  • Operating pressure and temperature readings
  • Leakage, unusual noise, vibration and alarm review
  • Visit findings, photographs and preventive recommendations

  • Jeddah is the operating base; mobilization, travel and accommodation charges may apply outside Jeddah.

Inspect. Measure. Record. Recommend.

Inspect

Review the equipment, circuits and operating condition.

Measure

Record relevant pressures, temperatures, flow and electrical observations.

Record

Add findings, photographs and completed work to the vessel's history.

Recommend

Explain priorities, risks and any separately quoted corrective work.

BEFORE THE PROGRAM STARTS

Enrollment begins with a system assessment.

The initial assessment establishes the equipment condition and confirms whether corrective work is required before the maintenance program begins. The assessment fee and any credit toward an approved program will be stated in the quotation.

  1. Assess the vessel and HVAC configuration
  2. Identify existing faults and overdue work
  3. Confirm the program scope and schedule
  4. Start the 12-month service record

DESCALING & CIRCUIT CARE

Condenser flushing is included only when the confirmed plan says so.

Where inspection evidence indicates restricted heat rejection, marine growth or mineral build-up, controlled condenser descaling and circuit flushing can be scheduled within the agreed plan or quoted separately. Completion includes flushing and an operating-performance check.

WHY OWNERS CHOOSE CLIMATE CARE

Care that becomes more valuable with every visit.

Climate Care turns separate maintenance visits into one developing technical record, helping owners make clearer decisions about condition, priorities and future work.

Service continuity

Every visit adds readings, findings and completed work to one vessel-specific HVAC history.

Earlier warning

Comparing current conditions with previous records makes developing restrictions and abnormal operation easier to see.

Better-planned service

Known equipment, service history and open recommendations help the team prepare each scheduled visit more effectively.

Up to 15% off repair labor

Active Climate Care members receive up to 15% off labor for approved corrective repairs. Parts are excluded and program terms apply.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Clear terms before enrollment.

  • The program normally runs for 12 months from the confirmed start date.
  • Scheduled visits must be booked and completed within the program period.
  • Existing faults, repairs, parts and work outside the agreed preventive scope are quoted separately.
  • Active members receive up to 15% off labor for approved corrective repairs. Parts, equipment, third-party work and other exclusions stated in the approved program agreement are not discounted.
  • Urgent attendance is subject to availability, confirmation and possible additional charges.
  • Jeddah is the operating base; mobilization, travel and accommodation charges may apply elsewhere in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prices are generally stated excluding VAT. VAT is added only where legally applicable.
  • Completed repair labor carries a three-month warranty; supplied components retain the applicable manufacturer warranty.
